Sancerre Rosé

Sancerre is on the left bank of the Loire, in the department of the Cher.

The appellation Sancerre covers 2700 hectares. The vineyard of the Tabordet winery is planted in the communes of Verdigny, Sury-en-Vaux et Sancerre.

Grape variety :Pinot noir 100%.
Pruning :Guyot simple.
Vintage :End of September-beginning of October. Harvesting by machine.
Soil :White argilo-calcareous soils and Caillottes.
Vinification :Pneumatic pressing. Musts lightly clarified. Slow fermentation in thermostically controlled stainless-steel vats. No malolactic fermentation. Available for sale from March onwards.
Alcoholic content :12.5 / 13°.
Sugar :< 2 g/m.
Acidity :4,5 à 5 g/l on average.
With food :Excellent with meat pies, charcuterie, barbecues, spicy dishes.
